Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and Sprintflow (Eli Rosen, based at 426 5th Street, Lakewood, NJ, United States). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Sprintflow provides an AI-powered platform for local service businesses, including an AI receptionist, full CRM, automation workflows, online booking, invoicing, reviews engine, and related features. The Gold plan includes the foregoing plus a custom-built website for $3,900 one-time setup. The Silver plan includes the foregoing, connected to your existing website, for $1,200 one-time setup. Both plans are $297 per month, or $2,970 per year billed annually. Optional add-ons (including a custom website build for Silver clients) are quoted separately on the discovery call.

Setup and build

The build takes approximately 3 weeks from purchase to live system. We do the configuration; you provide brand information, content, service definitions, integration access, and approvals on a reasonable timeline. Delays caused by lack of required information from you may extend the build timeline.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

  • The setup fee is due before the build starts.
  • Monthly platform fees are billed in advance, on the same day each month.
  • Annual billing is billed in full upfront and is non-refundable for the year.
  • Usage above the monthly platform credit is billed pay-as-you-go based on actual usage, itemized on the monthly invoice.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer a money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time without penalty; periods already paid are not refunded.

Your data

You own your data (contacts, conversation history, pipeline records, content you upload). On cancellation, we will provide an export of your data on request, then delete it from active systems within a reasonable time subject to backup-retention cycles and legal-hold requirements.

If you are on the Silver plan, your website is hosted on whatever platform you used before Sprintflow and is not affected by cancellation. If your website was built by Sprintflow (the Gold plan or the website add-on), that website is hosted on our platform and will go offline on cancellation.

Acceptable use

You will not use Sprintflow to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates anti-spam or telecom regulations.
  • Engage in fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without our written consent.
  • Onboard a business in an industry we exclude (healthcare/HIPAA-touching, ecommerce-first).

Industries served and excluded

Sprintflow serves local service businesses in plumbing, HVAC, roofing, contractors and construction, salons, lawn care, auto shops, legal, and agencies. We do not serve healthcare (any HIPAA-touching vertical including medical, dental, mental health, chiropractic, optometry, addiction treatment) or ecommerce-first businesses. We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements that fall outside our served industries.

Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party providers (Stripe for payments; Twilio and Bandwidth for telecom; cloud hosting and email delivery providers). Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprintflow's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to Sprintflow in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sprintflow harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms, your data, or your business activities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and (where appropriate) by email. Continued use after the “last updated” date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
